Customer Service is available during normal business hours from 8 AM until 5 PM East Coast Time. DAA’s customer service staff will do everything possible to satisfy customer requests. Shipments received before 3 PM East Coast Time will normally be shipped the same day.

Technical Support at DAA sets the standard. We are capable of providing a complete understanding of our own products, as well as how they interface with the workflow they are used in, from the computer to production. For all products inventory levels are designed to prevent back orders based on existing and anticipated sales relationships. If a customer requires an unusual size or quantity DAA will make every effort to respond to this need as quickly as possible. DAA has the capability to custom cut e-stat plates, polyester plates, and film (cut sheet only) if a customer’s need is critical. Our goal is to be the most reliable source for all the products we sell.
